 Peridrome Capture provides a set of tools for transforming unstructured fax, email and file communications into standardized messages for downstream handling by Dash. Capture allows firms to build a straight-through infrastructure for electronic messaging of client requests while accommodating current state communications.
As each new request is received, its image or contents are automatically attached to a workflow process and routed to the appropriate user for the necessary transcription into an online form. The workflow process can include quality control verification and research queues based on a firm's operational requirements.
Verified request form data is transformed into standard messages for communication to Dash. Capture integrates with a firm's document management system to profile and store the original request.
