Peter Frishauf is chairman of the board of directors of Crossix Solutions, Inc., a provider of privacy-safe market analytics serving direct-to-consumer marketers in the pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Frishauf is the founder and CEO of SCP Communications (1982) and Medscape (1995), the most profitable professional medical site in the world, now owned by WebMD. He is a director and past president of the Healthcare Marketing & Communications Council, Inc., and an advisor to Markle Foundation’s Connecting for Health initiative. Mr. Frishauf is listed in Richard Saul Wurman’s book Who’s Really Who as one of the 1,000 most creative people in the U.S.
Garet Hil has over 20 years of business and technology experience, including serving as chief executive officer for both public and private companies. Mr. Hil led the spin-off of Rapid Solutions Group from DST to Janus in 2003 and established it as a technology leader serving the healthcare and financial services markets. From 1993 to 2003, he led the growth of DST Output’s Marketing Service Group from $2 million to more than $70 million in revenues. Prior to 1993, Mr. Hil held management and technology positions at EDS, General Motors, and other leading firms. Mr. Hil is the founder and CEO of the National Kidney Registry, a non-profit organization working to increase the quality, speed, and number of living donor kidney transplants through technology that optimizes the matching of kidney patients with available donors.
Joseph Mrak III is CEO of FolioDynamix, and a recognized expert in managed accounts investment products and services, operations and technology. He was General Manager of the former BISYS' WealthSolutions group driving the company’s managed accounts outsourcing business. Mr. Mrak has held executive roles at Citigroup and CheckFree Investment Services, and was a co-founder of Placemark Investments, the industry’s leading overlay portfolio manager. Mr. Mrak’s experience also includes work for top consulting firms A.T. Kearney and Ernst & Young LLP as a strategy consultant servicing the financial services industry.
