Nicholas Davidge was formerly CEO of Davidge Data Systems, Corp., a financial services IT firm founded in 1982 and acquired by S1 Corp. in April 2000. He is a Managing Director at Manalapan Oracle Advisers LLC, a director of Numerex, Inc. (Nasdaq:NMRX), a founder and director at Crushpad, Inc. and an advisory director of IntegraSolv, Inc. Mr. Davidge holds a B.A. in Physics from Middlebury College.
Garet Hil has over 20 years of business and technology experience, including serving as chief executive officer for both public and private companies. Mr. Hil led the spin-off of Rapid Solutions Group from DST to Janus in 2003 and established it as a technology leader serving the healthcare and financial services markets. From 1993 to 2003, he led the growth of DST Output’s Marketing Service Group from $2 million to more than $70 million in revenues. Prior to 1993, Mr. Hil held management and technology positions at EDS, General Motors, and other leading firms. Mr. Hil is the founder and CEO of the National Kidney Registry, a non-profit organization working to increase the quality, speed, and number of living donor kidney transplants through technology that optimizes the matching of kidney patients with available donors.
Todd Pietri is a co-founder of Milestone Venture Partners. His earlier financial experience includes co-heading the Technology and Communications Investment Banking Group at Legacy Securities, where he performed a broad range of capital raising, M&A and other financial advisory services. Mr. Pietri was also a member of Legacy’s direct investment team, which provided mezzanine and growth equity through its affiliate, Legacy Capital Partners. Mr. Pietri’s operating experience includes direct sales, sales management, channel management, business development and business process consulting. From 1992 to 1997, he ran IT consulting and direct sales for CompuSystems, an Atlanta-based software and services firm focused on industrial distributors and manufacturers. Mr. Pietri received his BA (cum laude) in English from Duke University in 1989. While working full-time for CompuSystems, Mr. Pietri earned his MBA from the two year Executive MBA Program at the Robinson School of Business at Georgia State University in 1997, graduating first in his class. He is also CFA charterholder and graduate of the Venture Capital Institute Graduate Program.
